Is G1RL free?

Yes. G1RL is free to download and the full calculator — including scientific functions, graphing, and history — works without paying anything. Themes and key shapes are optional cosmetic upgrades.

What do the in-app purchases unlock?

G1RL offers optional one-time purchases that change how the app looks. The G1RL Pro Pass ($4.99) unlocks every theme, every key style, and the Holo finish. You can also buy a single theme or key style on its own for $0.99. These are one-time purchases — there is no subscription.

How do I restore a purchase I already made?

If you reinstalled G1RL or got a new device, open the app, bring up any paywall, and tap Restore purchases. Your unlocks are tied to your Apple ID and will come back. If they don't, email us and we'll sort it out.

I bought the Pro Pass but a theme is still locked.

First, tap Restore purchases on the paywall. If the theme is still locked after that, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to buy it, then email us with the date of purchase and we'll fix it.

How do I change my theme or key shape?

Open G1RL, tap the gear icon to open Settings, and choose a theme or key shape. Theme and key shape are independent — you can mix any theme with any key shape.

Do I need an account to use G1RL?

No. G1RL works fully in anonymous mode. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and only exists so your purchases follow you across devices.

How do I delete my data?

See our data deletion page for full instructions on removing both on-device and off-device data.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the G1RL purchase. If you have trouble, email us and we'll help you through it.
