Terms of Service

By using G1RL, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use G1RL for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

In-App Purchases

G1RL offers one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases (no subscriptions):

• G1RL Pro Pass — a single one-time purchase that unlocks all premium themes and premium key shapes for the lifetime of the app, on the Apple ID or Google Account that made the purchase.
• Individual theme and shape unlocks — one-time purchases that unlock the specified single item.
• All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Your account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google Account and can be restored at any time via the "Restore Purchases" button on the paywall.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• There are no auto-renewing subscriptions. You will never be charged a recurring fee.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of G1RL
• Use the app to violate any law or third-party rights
• Bypass any security or access controls
• Misuse the app in ways that could harm us or other users

Your data

G1RL stores your calculation history and preferences locally on your device. We do not access, transmit, or claim any rights to that data. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

Disclaimers

G1RL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always mathematically perfect for your specific use case. While we strive for accuracy, you should not use G1RL as the sole source for critical calculations (financial, medical, engineering, etc.).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miguel Garcia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of G1RL.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to G1RL if you violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of in-app purchases.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of G1RL after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Miguel Garcia resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
