Welcome to FlashRead. By downloading, installing, or using FlashRead ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

FlashRead is a speed reading application that displays text using Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP). The app allows you to upload documents and read them word-by-word at adjustable speeds to improve reading speed and focus.

2. Use of the App

You may use FlashRead for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app to process documents you do not have the right to read.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell any part of the app.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

FlashRead offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

• Monthly subscription — $4.99/month, auto-renewing.
• Yearly subscription — $19.99/year, auto-renewing.
• Lifetime access — $49.99, one-time purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Applicable taxes may apply.

4. Free Features

FlashRead can be used for free with the following limitations: TXT file uploads only, maximum reading speed of 300 words per minute, up to 3 saved documents, and standard themes. No account or payment is required to use free features.

5. Intellectual Property

FlashRead and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlashRead and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Documents you upload remain your property — the app does not claim any rights to your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlashRead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reading speed improvements will be achieved. Results vary by individual.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashRead and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
